Applying for the use or acquisition of the real estate of others

(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Act, if someone's real estate is to be used or acquired for resource use, the person who has received the permit shall submit an application to the Government of Nepal in the format as per Schedule-7.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Government of Nepal shall make necessary inquiries regarding the said application and if it is found necessary to provide the real estate as per the request of the applicant, the real estate shall be provided to the applicant in the same manner as the real estate is provided to the organized organization in accordance with the prevailing law.
